Yen Chih (Angus) Lai, CEO & Founder
Entrepreneur with 7+ years scaling autonomous vehicle partnerships across China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan, plus 10+ years in sales, marketing, and management at Samsung.
Brings the commercial strategy, market-entry experience, and team-building capability needed to turn AQVARIX technology into real-world adoption.
Ying-Chih Chen, Ph.D. , CTO
Leads smart vessel met-ocean monitoring R&D, with 15+ years in hazardous wave analysis and forecasting, and 5+ years integrating marine observation instruments and freak wave warning systems.
His expertise strengthens AQVARIX’s ocean data intelligence and supports MADIS as a reliable foundation for safer, data-driven marine operations.
Simon Lee, Chief Architect
Brings 30+ years of experience in ship design, supervision, and system integration, with 6+ years in autonomous ship projects and new maritime applications.
His system architecture expertise helps AQVARIX translate intelligent safety technology into practical, installable vessel solutions.
Sean Lee, Innovation Explorer & Future Crafter
Brings 10+ years of experience in the luxury yacht design field and is the founder of Vela Atelier Design, with interior design experience for Platinum Marine Group.
Supports AQVARIX’s premium vessel applications, where safety technology must fit both onboard operations and user experience.
Dr. Sheng-Wei Huang, Technical Advisor
Ph.D. graduate from National Taiwan University’s Department of Naval Architecture and Ocean Engineering.
With 15+ years in marine robotics, including ROVs, AUVs, and USVs, he brings expertise in sonar signal analysis and autonomous navigation algorithms, strengthening AQVARIX’s detection and navigation intelligence.
